This Privacy Policy explains how Majethiya Sandipbhai ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use PushPath on Android or iOS.
1. Information stored by PushPath
PushPath does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, address, or payment-card details. Game information such as completed levels, best moves, unlocked levels, settings, hint status, Daily Puzzle progress, and the local Remove Ads entitlement is stored on your device.
2. Advertising and automatically processed data
PushPath uses Google AdMob to provide banner, interstitial, rewarded, and App Open advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device or advertising identifiers, where permitted;
- app interactions, such as launches, taps, and ad or video views;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- advertising data used to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in ads.

3. Consent and privacy choices
Where required, PushPath uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising consent. Depending on your location and device, you may be able to choose personalized or non-personalized ads, withdraw consent through the app's privacy options, limit ad tracking, or reset/delete your advertising identifier in device settings. On iOS, tracking permission may also be requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
4. In-app purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. The store may provide purchase status, transaction identifiers, or receipts needed to complete and restore the purchase. Store processing is governed by the applicable Google or Apple privacy policy.
5. How information is used
Information is used to operate and remember game progress, apply settings, restore eligible purchases, display and measure advertising, honor privacy choices, maintain app security, prevent fraud, and diagnose technical problems.
6. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple App Store, and their service providers as needed to provide ads, consent tools, purchases, fraud prevention, and platform services. These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Removing local data may erase game progress and settings. Advertising, consent, purchase, or transaction information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to their policies and legal obligations. Because PushPath has no user account or developer-operated cloud profile, we generally cannot identify or remotely delete local game data for you.
8. Children's privacy
PushPath is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review the matter. Parents and guardians should supervise children's app and advertising choices.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the app's nature, but no device, SDK, network transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. International processing
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their processing is governed by their policies and applicable safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when PushPath, its SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated page will show a revised effective or last-updated date.
